Program overview

The mentoring program will run for six months, with a structured review after three months to assess satisfaction and progress. In a unique and collaborative approach, CFOs participating in the program will act as mentors to mentees from other organisations while nominating a senior member of their own team to benefit from mentorship.

Both mentors and mentees will be supported with a comprehensive program guide, offering practical advice on structuring meetings, implementing strategies, and achieving goals. While mentors will share their expertise and guidance, mentees will take ownership of scheduling meetings and executing the plans and recommendations crafted during mentorship sessions.
