Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions

General

The Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions are in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, they may be updated from time to time. They apply to all memberships from the time of posting on the Group of 100’s (G100) website. Please read the following carefully to ensure you are aware of your rights and obligations.

Privacy

Becoming a member of the G100, you (and the organisation you represent) acknowledge you understand the G100 Privacy Policy (available: https://group100.com.au/privacy-policy/ ) and agree with, and consent to, the practices outlined in that policy.

The G100 will ask for information that identifies companies and their representatives only to facilitate communication. No personal or company information will be divulged to any third party. The one exception will be the provider of digital services to the G100. The digital services provider has signed confidentiality agreements which ensure they will not use or disclose member information.

Use of material

Material, recordings and content made available to you as a G100 Member are subject to copyright and other rights owned by the G100. All such material is protected by the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and other international copyright and intellectual property laws. You and your organisation may only use the materials and content for non-commercial use. No part of the materials and content covered by copyright should be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, transmitted, or republished in any form or by any means without the written permission of the G100.

International members

For participants who register for a G100 Membership from outside Australia, payment of the applicable membership cost must be made free and clear of any tax, withholding or other amount and the G100 shall be entitled to recover from you any such amount deducted.

Cancellation

Should an organisation wish to cease being a member, that will occur by not renewing membership at the beginning of a calendar year. Refunds are not available during a calendar year should a member wish to cease being a member before the end of a calendar year.
