The First 100 Days Program is a bespoke, one-on-one program to for Group, divisional, business unit and future CFOs to test and develop your strategy. The program can be tailored to help understand the changing requirements of a CFO, and is available for potential CFOs as part of a member company’s succession planning. The program can be tailored to members’ needs taking into consideration the size and reach of the members’ organisation, the industry and experience.
The program will be led by senior EY Partners with have extensive experience in the particular modules you have selected. The program will also afford the opportunity to meet with a member of the G100 Board.
