This topic is of critical importance to all those working in finance.  A recent survey from Oliver Wyman points out that women represent just 20% of the financial sector worldwide. The percentage is higher on entry-level, but it drops when we look at the rate of women in leadership positions (C-level).

Of Australia’s 200 most successful companies, only 10 are led by women and today, there are just 19 women who are CFOs in the ASX200.

In this webinar we will interview a panel of three prominent female CFOs – Janelle Hopkins (CFO REA Group), Tania Archibald (CFO BlueScope Steel) and Leah Weckert (CFO Coles Group) and dig deeper into the topic of women’s leadership. We will discuss the shifting role of women in finance and learn more about the challenges of being a female CFO.
