Mentoring Program

Following a successful trial, the Group of 100 is rolling out its mentoring program and we invite all members to take advantage of it.

Each CFO wishing to nominate a senior member of their team will also be required to be a mentor and take on a mentee from another member’s organisation.  A program will be provided to both mentor and mentee giving guidance on how the program should be run.

This is a great opportunity to assist the development of your senior staff as well as giving you the opportunity to give something back to the profession as we seek to foster the CFOs of tomorrow.

The program will run for six months with a review after three months.  If you wish to take part, and have a mentee who would benefit, please login to register your interest by 31 July.
